On April 26, the college held the closing ceremony of China Merchants Industry's "Lean Intelligent Manufacturing" special training camp. This training camp was hosted by China Merchants Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Merchants Industry") and organized by the university.
Wu Sichuan, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of China Merchants Industry, Mei Xianzhi, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Manager, Mei Zhonghua and Zheng Hehui, Party Committee Members and Deputy General Managers, Zhao Jing, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of the university, and the college leadership attended the closing ceremony. Wang Qifeng, Party Committee Secretary of the college, presided over the ceremony.
Zhao Jing, on behalf of the university, extended a warm welcome to the guests and expressed sincere congratulations to all trainees who successfully completed the training. He stated that the successful conclusion of this training camp was not only a beneficial exploration in building a "university-enterprise community", but also an organic integration of the education chain, talent chain with the industrial chain and innovation chain, fully demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of both the university and enterprise in serving national strategies. The university will also take this training as an opportunity to further deepen strategic cooperation with China Merchants Industry and jointly write a new chapter of university-enterprise cooperation, contributing "China Merchants Industry Strength" and "University of Technology Strength" in the journey of Chinese modernization.
